As member of the Operations Application Management Team, you’ll have to manage the Documentum infrastructure.
Responsabilities:
- You ensure the level 2/3 support with your ability to analyse complex incidents and problems.
- You ensure a technological watch. Your collaboration skills allow you to manage and administer the farms and the different applications around it (Antivirus, backups…) with the help of other teams.
- You write documentations and procedures and you share your knowledge to level 1 support (Service Desk)
Technical skills:

- SSL certificate management (request creation, installation)

Profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required, French is a strong asset.
