Description

  • Serve as a primary liaison for high-caliber distribution partners, including financial institutions, family offices, tax lawyers, and estate planners.
  • Deliver outstanding service through proactive communication, diligent follow-ups, and efficient problem resolution to foster strong partnerships.
  • Utilize exceptional service to enhance relationships with distribution partners, promoting long-term collaboration and trust.
  • Identify and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, ensuring a continuous improvement culture.
  • Regularly update management and team with reports on progress, challenges, and accomplishments while maintaining transparency.
  • Take independent responsibility for projects, ensuring that quality content is delivered on time and meets the set objectives.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.
  • Motivate and engage team members to achieve exceptional performance levels, driving towards collective success.

Profile

  • Over 10 years of experience in a similar capacity within the financial/insurance sector, demonstrating extensive industry knowledge.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, adapting communication styles to suit different counterparts while maintaining professionalism.
  • Experienced in team management, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting team development.
  • Strong active listening skills, coupled with confidence in personal opinions, enabling the pursuit of balanced and effective solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, recognized as a team player committed to collaborative success.
  • A proactive and mature professional, capable of working independently while showcasing initiative and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
