Description
- Building and sustaining a robust business pipeline to promote growth within the AOS business line, driving consistent revenue increases and acquiring new clients.
- Leading the creation of proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and actively converting opportunities into successful client partnerships.
- Acting as a proactive representative, engaging with industry organizations such as ALFI, ABBL, LPEA, and CSSF to enhance the company’s market reputation and visibility.
- Managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in a timely manner and nurturing long-term relationships founded on trust and excellence.
- Collaborating with clients to comprehend their accounting and outsourcing requirements, offering customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Overseeing compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, including LuxGAAP/IFRS.
- Fostering collaboration between the AOS team and other departments such as Tax, Advisory, and External Audit to capitalize on business development opportunities and boost the success rate of client proposals.
- Cultivating strong, enduring relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring they view the firm as their preferred partner for accounting and outsourcing services.
Profile
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French and/or German considered a strong asset.
- At least 10 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in business development within the Luxembourg financial services industry.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting, outsourcing, and third-party administration services.
- Established network of clients in Luxembourg, facilitating business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.
- Skilled in delivering impactful presentations.
