Resolve technical issues by centralizing, analyzing, and documenting incidents. Improve application performance and maintain systems by identifying and fixing software defects. Create and update procedures and documentation, while providing support to internal stakeholders.
What we expect from you
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, with a degree in Computer Science
- Strong expertise in Windows and Linux environments, including Active Directory (OU, roles, permissions, groups)
- Good knowledge of networking concepts (firewalls, SFTP) and virtualization technologies (hypervisors)
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, PowerShell, SSL, and certificate management
- Familiarity with SQL (database management and job scheduling is a plus) and ITIL practices (certification is an advantage)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and resilience under pressure
- Adaptable, curious, and a team player, able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in both French and English
