Tessero is looking for a Patching Coordinator for one of its clients based in Luxembourg.
- Contract: Permanent position (CDI via payroll company / portage salarial)
- Salary: Depending on experience
- Location: Luxembourg (Kirchberg, with a future relocation to the Airport area)
- Languages: Fluent English required
- Experience: 5+ years in IT Infrastructure, Operations, Patch Management, or Vulnerability Management

Responsibilities
- By coordinating patching activities across a wide range of infrastructure technologies, you will gain a comprehensive view of complex IT environments while playing a key role in maintaining operational stability.
- By driving vulnerability remediation initiatives, you will strengthen your cybersecurity expertise and contribute directly to reducing operational risks.
- By collaborating with Infrastructure, Network, Security, Database, and Application teams, you will expand your stakeholder management skills within a challenging and dynamic environment.
- By managing patching schedules, maintenance windows, and deployment planning, you will develop valuable experience in operational governance and service continuity.
- By monitoring compliance levels and remediation progress, you will provide meaningful insights to decision-makers and increase your visibility across the organization.
- By identifying risks, delays, and dependencies, and driving actions to completion, you will enhance your project coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
- By supporting audit, governance, and compliance activities, you will gain exposure to industry best practices and strengthen your understanding of regulated environments.

Skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, IT Operations, Patch Management, or Vulnerability Management.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, or cross-functional activities.
- Previous experience in a regulated industry such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, or similar environments is considered a strong asset.
Technical Skills
- Patch Management
- Vulnerability Management
- Windows Server, Linux, and/or UNIX environments
- Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent)
- Patching and vulnerability management tools such as BigFix, SCCM, WSUS, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar
- ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
- Change Management and ITIL processes
- Compliance reporting and KPI monitoring
- Good understanding of servers, networks, storage, backup, and infrastructure operations
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory
- French is considered an asset
