Your Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive logistical and administrative support to the HR team.
  • Monitor HR communication channels (phone, email, front office desk, etc.) and respond to inquiries or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements, and HR-related events.
  • Manage the department’s invoicing processes, including: Creation and follow-up of purchase orders and cost allocation and Verification and validation of invoices.
  • Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal clients and related recharges.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper document archiving (both physical and digital).
  • Draft and format HR documentation, including SLAs, policies, internal communications, and other official materials.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, German and/or Luxembourgish are an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

You will be part of the HR team, a dedicated team of around 10 HR specialists. The team fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere, with a strong team spirit and supportive mindset. While we work in a dynamic and demanding environment, we place great importance on maintaining a friendly and enjoyable workplace.
Our HR team is continuously involved in a variety of exciting and meaningful HR projects, offering opportunities to contribute and grow. Together, we support approximately 650 employees based at RTL City, ensuring high-quality HR services and a people-focused approach.
