Treasury and Accounts Payable Associate (M/F) - Permanent Job

Our client is a global alternative investment firm. To reinforce its operations in Luxembourg, we are looking for :

                         Treasury and Accounts Payable Associate (m/f) - Permanent position

 Your mission:

Your main role consists of supporting treasury team in Luxembourg in their daily operations and ongoing projects. The position reports to Treasury Manager in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities may include:

·         Entering invoices in Accounts Payable system and following up on approval process

·         Keeping Treasury Team’s planner up to date

·         Participating in preparation of regular liquidity reviews

·         Preparation of bi-weekly Payment Runs under supervision of Treasury Manager

·         Entering payments in treasury management system

·         Reconciliation of executed payments and submitting reporting tickets to accounting department

·         Downloading and distribution of monthly bank statements

·         Assisting Treasury Manager in bank accounts opening process

·         Filing documents/invoices

Your Skills and Competencies:

·         You are fluent in English (must);

·         You are detail oriented, diligent and very well organized;

·         You are disciplined in keeping deadlines

·         You make very good use of MS Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook) and are able to efficiently work with and process big amounts of data

·         You have strong numerical reasoning skills

·         You like to work in a small team and take responsibility for team’s deliveries

·         You communicate openly and effectively with your teammates across all offices;

·         You are curious and able to learn fast new things;

It will be your additional strong advantage if:

·         You have good understanding of accounts payable processes

·         You have good understanding of liquidity review processes

·         You have knowledge of any Treasury Management systems and/or Accounts Payable systems

·         You have understanding of corporate bank accounts opening/closing processes

This role will be better suited to someone who already has:

·         Understanding of alternative investment fund industry and structure of AI Funds

·         Accounting background
