For one of our clients, located in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a:
Compliance Testing & Monitoring (CTM) Specialist (M/F)
The role :
· Assist in performing the sample-based testing within the execution phase of the assignment
o Review of policy, procedures, guidelines, etc
o Performing offline reviews of sample accounts to test effectiveness of procedures
o Ensuring first line of defence (FLOD) controls are effective and operational
· Assist in the download and analysis of data for certain areas that are not automated
· Performance of manual validation on sample populations for KPIs undergoing automation
· Weekly analysis & monitoring of reports
o Identifying new medium risk and very high-risk country customers
o Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of analyses
· Assist in completing the Model Validations by gathering and analysing information in risk coverage assessment (among others)
Your profile :
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Excellent English level
· Minimum of 5 years’ compliance related experience in KYC, EDD and/or audit
· Proven expertise in regulations by CSSF, FATF, AML, KYC, EDD, PEP, sanctions screening, and international AML/CFT standards (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act/USA Patriot Act).
· Strong knowledge of AML customer risk assessment/ranking and its impact on AML operational processes.
· Solid understanding of compliance and AML processes; skilled in collaborating with business partners and stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to analyse large data sets or documentation to ensure compliance and process effectiveness.
· Proficient in drafting policies, procedures, audit reports, and management summaries with strong writing and communication skills.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including pivot tables in Excel.
· Skilled in maintaining a focused approach while understanding broader business contexts.
· Team player with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
