Your mission :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product/Service Owner to lead the development and management of our Load Test squad. You will oversee our corporate Load Test service, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the service, aligning it with the strategic objectives of the public administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Squad Vision and Strategy:
   • Improve existing Load Test service functionality based on stakeholder requirements.
   • Develop a clear and compelling vision for Load Test service aligned with the goals and objectives of the public administration.
   • Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap that outlines the evolution of the service over time.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Technical Architects, Developers, Information System owners and Business Owners, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
   • Establish strong relationships with external stakeholders within the public administration to ensure the Load Test service meet their requirements.
   • Promote the Load Test service across various departments and teams within the organization via “Office hours” and other communication channels.
3. Product Development and Management:
   • Oversee the end-to-end Load Test service development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and maintenance.
   • Work closely with development and architecture teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and impact.
   • Track evolving load testing methodologies and tools across the industry, adopting relevant practices to enhance Load Test service offering.
   • Maintain and manage Load Test service infrastructure in accordance with organizational requirements and standards.
4. Load Test Campaigns Execution:
   • Guide customers in planning and executing load test campaigns tailored to their specific requirements.
   • Advise customers on recommended architectural changes based on test campaign results.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for Load Test service and regularly monitor and report on its performance.
   • Implement optimization strategies to enhance service efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
6. Security and Compliance:
   • Collaborate with security experts to ensure service adhere to industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations.
   • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure a secure load test environments.
7. Documentation:
   • Review and approve documentation prepared by the architects, including technical specifications, user guides, and service operational procedures related to the service.

Your profile :

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in a similar context.
• Proven experience in designing and supporting managed services.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, databases, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of public cloud basics (AWS).
• Strong understanding of LoadRunner Professional and LoadRunner Cloud or similar products.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe process and principles.
• Good understanding of DevOps or DevSecOps principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with public administration processes and requirements is a plus.

Requirements:

• EU citizenship.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
