The Luxembourg office located in the City Center close to Place de Paris, plays a vital role in supporting the operations and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
Description
As Corporate Support Officer you will have the following responsibilities:
Legal & Compliance:
- Assist legal teams outside Luxembourg with legal and compliance matters.
- Respond to internal KYC and AML requests.
- Manage corporate housekeeping, including filing documents, publications, and notarial deeds.
- Coordinate with notaries and public registries in Luxembourg.
- Draft basic legal documents, such as board and shareholder resolutions and proxies.
Accounting Support:
- Support the Senior Accounting Manager with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Assist with audits by organizing and providing relevant records.
- Maintain meticulous filing and record-keeping systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members locally and internationally for seamless workflows.
- Provide office management support for the Luxembourg branch.
Profile
The successful Corporate Support Officer has the following qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg, preferably in a small/medium service provider.
- Strong grasp of legal and accounting terminology and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Independent and team-oriented.
