Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Develop, implement and update the aviation security training programme.
Develop and deliver initial and ongoing training for staff working in the field of security.
Develop and deliver airport security awareness training (SATP).
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of a corrective action programme based on reports from the Security Compliance team.
Monitor the security officer certification programme and the renewal of certifications.
Deliver practical and operational training to ensure the proper application of security procedures and the maintenance of skills in the field.
Work closely with Security Supervisors to ensure consistency between training, operational practices and regulatory requirements.
*Your other tasks
Participate in initiatives aimed at inclusion (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Project, in favour of people with invisible disabilities)
Participate in the integration of new employees
Participate in waste sorting and energy saving by behaving responsibly

The required profile
Studies / training
Bac or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience
1 year of successful experience in airport security
Experience in the training field is a definite advantage
