We are currently recruiting an Emergency Response Coordinator.

Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Assist and contribute to the coordination of the Aerodrome Emergency Response Committee, ensuring operational liaison with the various parties involved (emergency services, airlines, authorities, etc.).
Participate in updating the AEP manual, ensure the dissemination of internal procedures and ensure that they are properly understood by stakeholders.
Monitor actions and files related to the AEP process, such as investigations of past emergency scenarios, in support of the Emergency Response Manager.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of operational agreements with partner organisations (CGDIS, Grand Ducal Police, etc.).
Ensure the proper organisation and logistics of the various crisis centres, such as the Airport Emergency Coordination Centre (AECC), the Survivor Reception Centre (SRC) and the Friends & Relatives Reception Centre (FRRC), and ensure the availability of equipment and the proper functioning of communication systems.
Participate in the planning and implementation of AEP exercises and tests, ensuring the preparation of equipment and follow-up on feedback.
Contribute to the training of employees at lux-Airport and other stakeholders according to the different levels required (L1, 2 or 3), ensure the preparation of materials and follow up on feedback for improvement.
Contribute to the evaluation and updating of the terminal evacuation plan, participate in raising awareness and training the relevant stakeholders.
Participate in the development and continuous improvement of crisis planning and management on topics such as the organisational structure of ‘On duty’ staff and the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), in support of the Emergency Response Manager.
Monitor documentation and regulations relating to emergency plans and the requirements of the aviation authorities.

Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Higher education qualification (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent experience
--
Experience
5 years of experience in emergency and/or airport operations

Skills and knowledge required

Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
*Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
Optional:
German: operational level in the business (B1 minimum)

In-depth knowledge of applicable requirements in the field of aerodromes, international and national standards and recommendations, ICAO, EASA and their interpretation
Valid permanent B driving licence
