Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Architect – Airport Project.
Within the Projects team, you are responsible for the design, coordination, monitoring, and handover of new construction and renovation projects within terminal, service, and infrastructure areas. You ensure the successful delivery of projects from the initial studies phase while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Designing and planning new architectural construction and renovation projects within terminal, service, and infrastructure areas (plans, models, drawings, etc.).
Preparing and developing design plans, permit application files, and execution plans (including technical documentation).
Ensuring coordination with internal departments, engineering consultancies, consultants, and relevant authorities
Carrying out technical, financial, and regulatory feasibility studies.
Monitoring work progress and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements.
Verifying the compliance of studies and completed works with project objectives and applicable regulations.
Supporting project management throughout all phases (Phases 1 to 6 of the Order of Architects and Engineers or equivalent), from client needs analysis to final handover of works.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methods.
*Your other missions
Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities)
Participating in the integration of new employees
Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Degree in architecture, building engineering, or a related field

Experience
· 3 to 5 years of experience in the design and management of building construction, transport, or airport-related projects.
· Having experience in complex projects or technical environments (infrastructure, public facilities, technical platforms) is considered an asset.
· Demonstrating excellent command of CAD software (for example AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD) and common planning tools.

French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
