Are you looking forward to taking on a new role as IT Development manager (Microsoft)? A major international company in the FinTech/RegTech is currently looking for a IT Development Manager (Microsoft). Fintech/Regtech - Permanent - Luxembourg.
Your Responsibilities as IT Development Manager (Microsoft) :
- Lead and manage a team of 8 developers and 2 BA/POs, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee and guide the architectural design and development of asset products.
- Ensure the team follows best practices in coding and architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Mentor and develop team members, encouraging professional growth and skill enhancement.
Required skills for this role :
- You have at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position
- You have strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of developers.
- You have extensive technical background in either Microsoft development technologies (+ Azure) or Node.js or React.js.
- You have a proven experience in the RegTech or FinTech sectors. Experience in Funds and Banks are also welcome (mandatory)
- You have the ability to design and supervise the architectural framework for complex projects.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in English (mandatory) and ideally have a good level of French.
