A well‑established and highly regulated international brokerage firm is seeking a Brokerage Desk Officer (permanent contract) to join its Luxembourg‑based team.
The organization provides trading services across a broad range of asset classes, including futures, CFDs, forex, equities, and options, serving both retail and institutional clients in multiple European markets. The environment is fast‑paced, international, and strongly market‑oriented.
This role is ideal for a client‑focused professional with a strong interest in financial markets and a desire to work close to trading and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality client service, ensuring professional and timely response to client needs
- Support sales and commercial activities by identifying opportunities and proposing suitable solutions
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of brokerage operations
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of financial markets, products, and services
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, performance‑driven environment
Your Profile
- Proven experience in client service and/or sales support, ideally in financial services
- Fluent in German and English; French and/or Dutch are strong assets
- Business‑minded, proactive, and solution‑oriented
- Comfortable with standard office tools (MS Office)
- Strong interest in financial markets and investment products
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
