TEAM LEADER ACCOUNTING

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead our three-member accounting team
- Ensure proper conduct of all proceedings in the financial accounting department of
ifsam S.A. such as closing procedures, financial reporting, consolidated accounting,
CSSF reporting and taxes
- Go for innovative approaches to continuously optimizing workflows
- Increase efficiency of business processes by prompting digitalization
- Initiate and accompany inter-divisional projects
- Act as a sparring partner for the management: Support in strategical planning and
development of financial tools and procedures
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and evaluations relating to all financial issues
- Be the contact person for tax advisor, audit, authorities and law firms

- Leitung unseres dreiköpfigen Buchhaltungsteams
- Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Ablaufs aller Vorgänge in der Finanzbuchhaltung von ifsam S.A., wie Abschlussverfahren, Finanzberichterstattung, Konzernrechnungslegung, CSSF-Berichterstattung und Steuern
- Entwicklung innovativer Ansätze zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
- Steigerung der Effizienz von Geschäftsprozessen durch Förderung der Digitalisierung
- Initiierung und Begleitung abteilungsübergreifender Projekte
- Agieren als Sparringspartner für das Management: Unterstützung bei der strategischen Planung und Entwicklung von Finanzinstrumenten und -verfahren
- Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc-Berichterstattung und Bewertungen zu allen finanziellen Themen
- Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Behörden und Anwaltskanzleien sein


PROFIL

YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a university degree in economics with focus on finance and accounting or
equivalent
- You have extensive experience in financial accounting including monthly / yearly
closing procedures, consolidated accounting and corporate taxes
- Thanks to your strong presentation skills, methods expertise and mediation
competence, you are confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- You pay attention to detail and constantly focus on quality and efficiency
- Problem-identification isn't difficult for you, as you always work solution-oriented
- Tight deadlines and working under pressure don't put you off your stride
- Fluency in English and German is an essential requirement, any other language is
considered as an advantage

IHR PROFIL

- Sie haben einen Universitätsabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Buchhaltung oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss.
- Sie haben umfassende Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, einschließlich monatlicher/jährlicher Abschlussverfahren, Konzernrechnungslegung und Unternehmenssteuern.
- Dank Ihrer starken Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Methodenkompetenz und Vermittlungskompetenz sind Sie sicher im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Sie achten auf Details und konzentrieren sich ständig auf Qualität und Effizienz.
- Problemerkennung fällt Ihnen leicht, da Sie immer lösungsorientiert arbeiten.
- Enge Fristen und Arbeiten unter Druck bringen Sie nicht aus der Ruhe.
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind eine wesentliche Voraussetzung, jede weitere Sprache wird als Vorteil angesehen.
