Are you a seasoned accountant with a passion for managing holding and financing companies? Our esteemed partner, a leading firm in Luxembourg, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expert team. Your Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will:
- Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio (holding and financing companies), ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
- Prepare annual financial statements under Lux GAAP, and assist with IFRS reporting.
- Coordinate tax compliance including corporate tax and VAT returns.
- Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth audit processes.
- Support senior management in financial analysis and reporting, helping to shape business decisions.
- Review and supervise junior accountants, providing guidance and training where necessary.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on SOPARFI or holding companies.
- Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and relevant Luxembourg tax regulations.
- Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in French and German is considered a valuable advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- A team player, capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
