Recently, EmTroniX joined forces with Anywaves, a leading European space antenna specialist, creating 

a stronger, more integrated space RF, electronics, antennas and payload subsystems group. This 

merger opens up exciting new opportunities to work on larger, more complex programmes, expanded 

international markets, and end-to-end satellite payload technology solutions. 


Following this exciting evolution and growth, we are now seeking a motivated, dynamic, and 

enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team and work hand in hand with the our HR Director. 


Key responsibilities


  • Assist the HR Director in all aspects of HR administration, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labor law and company policies 
  • Support the management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience. 
  • Act as point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, offering timely and accurate guidance. 
  • Help centralize and address training and development needs, coordinating programs to support employee growth. 
  • Play an active role in implementing and refining HR policies to align with company goals and legal requirements. 
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives, including HR system upgrades and process automation. 
  • Develop and maintain HR statistics and reports to inform decision-making. 
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines. 
  • Support general office administration as needed, including ordering supplies. 
  • Monitor and manage communication channels (phone, email, front desk) by responding to inquiries or escalating issues appropriately.


Job requirement 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, or employee relations, preferably in a small-to-medium enterprise or dynamic environment. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Full professional fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Unwavering discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
