merger opens up exciting new opportunities to work on larger, more complex programmes, expanded
international markets, and end-to-end satellite payload technology solutions.
Following this exciting evolution and growth, we are now seeking a motivated, dynamic, and
enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team and work hand in hand with the our HR Director.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the HR Director in all aspects of HR administration, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labor law and company policies
- Support the management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Act as point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, offering timely and accurate guidance.
- Help centralize and address training and development needs, coordinating programs to support employee growth.
- Play an active role in implementing and refining HR policies to align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives, including HR system upgrades and process automation.
- Develop and maintain HR statistics and reports to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
- Support general office administration as needed, including ordering supplies.
- Monitor and manage communication channels (phone, email, front desk) by responding to inquiries or escalating issues appropriately.
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, or employee relations, preferably in a small-to-medium enterprise or dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Full professional fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Unwavering discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
