Assistant Construction Worker – PV, HVAC & Roofing Support

Ecoclima is looking for an assistant construction worker to support our installation teams in Luxembourg.

Main responsibilities:

• Support photovoltaic, HVAC and roofing installation teams on site
• Carry and prepare materials, tools and equipment
• Assist with mounting structures, rails, supports and installation accessories
• Help with preparation and cleaning of work areas
• Support technicians during air-conditioning, heat pump and photovoltaic installations
• Assist with roof-related works, roof access preparation and material handling
• Load and unload vans, organize materials and keep sites clean
• Follow instructions from team leaders and experienced technicians
• Work safely and carefully at customer premises and construction sites

Profile required:

• Previous experience in construction, roofing, PV, HVAC or similar manual work is appreciated
• Motivated junior applicants are welcome if they are serious, reliable and willing to learn
• Good physical condition and ability to carry materials and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors and on construction sites
• Careful, responsible and safety-conscious working attitude
• Reliability, punctuality and team spirit
• Willingness to learn technical installation work over time
• Respectful and professional behaviour at customer premises

Languages:

Hungarian is required.

Only Hungarian-speaking candidates will be considered for this position.

Basic English or French is an advantage, but Hungarian is essential.
