Currently, our firm comprises over 160 partner-level professionals who are dedicated to driving client success through their expertise and industry knowledge. In order to follow the  development of the firm, we are strengthening our executives payroll and tax support team. This position provides opportunities to optimise processes and systems and participate to the development of the team.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to support our teams. Our future colleague will make sure to create and maintain strong partnerships with his/her stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and support them to attract the best talents.

 

 

Your next challenge:

 

  • Participating in reviewing, developing and maintaining a high-quality process and policies firm-wide in order to attract top talents
  • Handling the recruitment process from A to Z for a specific population
  • Building strong relationships with our internal clients, in order to have a full understanding of the business and of their needs
  • Use various channels to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Assist in branding by establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for Deloitte, both internally and externally
  • Understanding recruitment standards and related processes and ensuring best practice throughout the team
  • Keeping track of and analyzing recruitment metrics, providing the necessary reports and advice to the team and management
  • Facilitating recruitment related training for the recruiters within the business lines

Your skills:

 

  • Degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
  • Demonstrate at least 4/5 years of recruitment experience within a fast-paced work environment
  • Proven previous experience utilizing databases, applicant tracking systems, search engines and social media to source active and passive candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with both the clients and the team
  • Excellent analytical skills with a result oriented and positive attitude
  • Client-service minded, with a drive to provide excellence
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English, French or German is an asset
