Your next challenge
• Responsible for the implementation of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc…)
• Providing business analyses, configurations, testing, training and ensuring knowledge transfer to key users
• Helping clients synchronise their human resources priorities with supporting technologies.
• Provide consulting and implementation support and set synergy goals within other consulting teams that may interact with SAP technologies
• Be part of an international team with multidisciplinary HR Transformation consultants and mentor junior colleagues in their careers
• Have completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering/IT (specialized in HR would be an asset)
• 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (functional and technical) including at least 2 end-to-end implementations
• Have at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors certification
• Fluent in French and English. German is as an asset
• Have excellent team spirit, analytical and problem solving skills
