Your future team
Our Risk & Reputation team is looking for a Risk Compliance officer to provide support to the whole firm.
Your next challenge
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Support the risk assessment process by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance activities.
- Assist in the identification and investigation of potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and communicate the implications to the compliance team.
- Participate in compliance training programs and help in educating staff about compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management.

Your skills
- BAC+2 / Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in administrative support, business, or accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- You are familiar with the need for confidentiality and discretion
- Basic understanding of risk management and compliance principles is considered as an asset.
