Regulatory Consulting / Fund Registration Consultant 1

Coordinate Cross-Border Fund Registration and Post-Registration Projects:

• Assist top global asset managers in marketing their investment products across Europe and non-European countries.
• Facilitate the process of obtaining prior authorization from local regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with post-registration obligations.

Develop and Apply Regulatory Expertise:

• Gain a deep understanding of local and global regulations related to the distribution and marketing of investment funds, particularly UCITS and AIFs.
• Assess the impact of regulatory changes on clients' activities and provide informed advice.

Client Service Management:

• Serve as the day-to-day trusted advisor for clients, maintaining regular contact and effectively communicating project progress.
• Conduct regular calls, presentations, and meetings to update clients on project status.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and clients' legal advisers, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Have some experience in a similar position and/or in the fund industry and more specifically in cross-border fund distribution
• Are fluent in English (both oral and written); French and/or German will considered an asset
• Are flexible, efficient in organizing workload and able to set priorities
• Are seen as a proactive, reliable and a rigorous person with a high attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are a quick learner with a positive attitude
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
