Infrastructure Management: Assist in monitoring the components of our infrastructure and systems hosted in the Cloud.
Service Administration: Support the administration of applications across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
Performance and Availability: Ensure high performance and availability of applications.
Security Practices: Follow and help verify compliance with security standards, backup strategies, and system/app redundancy.
Automation and Orchestration: Support the automation and orchestration of various environments using Infrastructure as Code practices, especially with Terraform.
Resource Optimization: Help optimize resource usage and cost allocation efficiently.
Incident Management: Track activities and incidents, ensuring defined SLAs and KPIs are met.
Support: Provide support for solutions, troubleshoot applications, and assist in solving issues.
