Audit Learning Coordinator (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

As Deloitte Audit is part of a Global network and delivers regulated services, our auditors need to follow a compulsory and consistent training plan throughout the year in order to remain up-to-date on regulations and best audit practices.

In order to accompany the development of our Learning program we are currently looking for an Audit Learning Coordinator.

Your next challenge:

• Contribute to the implementation of the Audit & Assurance curriculum by:
  • Organizing training sessions : managing the learning systems, booking training rooms (physical and virtual), organizing and monitoring facilitators’ availabilities, handing out the required materials, collecting feedbacks, closing sessions.
  • Create and monitor reports on training registration and attendance as well as on completion of e-learnings, learning hours, learning statistics using computer tools such as Excel
• Be the point of contact for auditors’ requests or questions on day-to-day basis related to learning curriculum and learning obligations.
• Support the Audit & Assurance Learning Team in various administrative tasks in order to improve its efficiency and quality.
• Participate in audit & assurance learning projects development and implementation
• Welcome new joiners in order to make them aware of their learning path and learning requirements
• Creation of digital content and distribution on learning tools
• Review learning expenses for management approval
• Monitor the cancellation policy for participants and facilitators and ensure its correct application
• Connect with Deloitte global learning network and participate to the implementation of the global learning curriculum
