Senior Consultant – Transfer Pricing (m/f)

What will you do ?
- Participate in the delivery of high-quality Transfer Pricing services to our clients from Financial Services industry but also from the industrial and commercial sectors;
- Assist clients with Transfer Pricing audits from the Luxembourg Tax Authority;
- Play an important and active role in development of Transfer Pricing solutions and methodologies custom-made for the needs of our clients;
- Report directly to managers, senior managers and partner and participate in technical discussions to ensure an appropriate performance of transfer pricing projects.
- Prepare OECD compliant documentation files for our clients across industries and for the different types of intra-group transactions they engage in;
- Play an active role in the preparation of internal and external trainings and seminars, articles and newsletters;
- Participate in internal and/or external trainings or seminars to improve your professional transfer pricing knowledge;
- Help ensure compliance with internal procedures, risk management and KYC;
- Support and train the junior consultants and oversee their day-to-day work, assuming and important and active role in the further development of our TP team.
This offer is for you if:
- You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Tax Law;
- You have 3 years full-time experience in Transfer Pricing and at least 1 year experience in Luxembourg;
- You demonstrate a genuine interest for Transfer Pricing and you are able to understand and explain its role in the current Tax environment;
- You are proactive and take initiative;
- You have very good analytical skills, you are good with numbers, you have good MS-Office skills and a great command of the external databases typically used for TP purposes;
- You are known for your very good interpersonal skills, flexibility and excellent team spirit;
- You have a strong sense of customer service;
- You have a perfect command English. German or French will be considered as an asset;
