BDO in Luxembourg is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant that can speak German fluently.

What will you do?

  • Overseeing daily office operations, including the supervision of document management (filing, scanning, archiving);

  • Preparing and proofreading reports, correspondence, translations, and PowerPoint presentations with a keen eye for detail;

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders;

  • Coordinating procurement and stock of office supplies, ensuring efficiency and cost control;

  • Maintaining and organizing legal and administrative files (including KYC documentation) with strict confidentiality and accuracy;

  • Planning and managing complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives and board members;

  • Assisting with invoice preparation and basic financial administration tasks;

  • Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.


This offer is for you if:

  • You hold a diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent;

  • You have 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or professional services sector;

  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage priorities independently;

  • You are fluent in German, and English.

  • French and Luxembourgish are a nice-to-have.

  • You show professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;

  • You are confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines;

  • You possess excellent interpersonal and client-service skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.


It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • An experience within a similar environment (Big4 or similar, fiduciaries)

  • Knows how to draft engagement letters and contracts
