We would like to invite you to take an interest in our partner, who has been operating internationally for over 50 years. As an expert in audit, accounting and consultancy, they are looking for a Senior Transfer Agent to expand their human-sized team.

Senior Transfert Agent - Your Role :

The responsibilities involve maintaining investors' records, processing transactions, addressing queries promptly, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing reports, conducting AML reviews, and facilitating communication between investors and fund managers. Additionally, supervising AML reviews and handling auditor requests are also part of the duties.

Senior Transfert Agent - Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in Registrar and Transfer Agent roles, preferably in management or financial services.
  • Experience with alternative investment funds/hedge funds and AML/KYC requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
