We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take ownership of their market, develop their business and see their success rewarded.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from understanding hiring needs and sourcing talent to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and supporting successful placements.

• Grow your client portfolio: identify business opportunities, approach prospective clients and negotiate partnerships that generate lasting value.

• Become a trusted market adviser: help clients make informed hiring decisions and guide candidates towards opportunities that match their skills and ambitions.

• Build a strong candidate network: combine headhunting, networking and targeted advertising to connect with professionals in your specialism.

• Contribute to the team's success: share market insights and recruitment expertise, supporting colleagues while delivering on your own commercial objectives.

Your profile

• You bring at least two years of recruitment experience, with a track record of developing client relationships and delivering successful placements.

• You are comfortable managing a 360° recruitment desk, combining business development with attentive candidate management.

• You communicate fluently in French and English and can build rapport, advise confidently and negotiate effectively.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have a strong interest in understanding your specialist market.

• You are commercially driven, organised and resilient. You enjoy taking responsibility for your results while contributing to a supportive team.
