If you are an investment funds lawyer seeking a stimulating opportunity within a leading international law firm based in downtown Luxembourg, this offer is for you!
Your Responsibilities:
As an investment funds lawyer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate cases, with a billable target of minimum 1 500 hours per year. You will join an international team, working alongside renowned experts in investment funds, corporate law, capital markets, and commercial litigation.
Profile Sought:
- Law degree with a Master's
- 5 to 7 years of experience in investment fund management (PE/RE) in Luxembourg in a law firm
- Registered on List 1 or 4 of the Luxembourg Bar
- Excellent command of French and English (German is a plus),
- Strong technical knowledge in Private Equity transactions and fund structuring
- Rigorous approach, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
