We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Expert with 2-3 years of experience and a degree in tax. The ideal candidate will have experience in Germany and will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients, advising them on tax structuring, M&A, preparing memos, managing juridical matters, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Senior Tax Expert - Responsabilities:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Expert with 2-3 years of experience and a degree in tax. The ideal candidate will manage a client portfolio, advise on tax structuring, M&A, prepare memos, handle juridical matters, and maintain client relationships.
- Manage diverse clients, conduct meetings, provide tailored tax advice.
- Advise on tax strategies, M&A, due diligence, and post-transaction planning.
- Prepare/review tax returns, ensure compliance, assist with audits.
- Draft tax memos/reports, update clients on tax law changes.
- Support on juridical matters, contract reviews, collaborate with legal advisors.
Senior Tax Expert - Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Tax.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a big 4/5, service provider or law firm.
- German-speaking proficiency is mandatory and English professional knowledge.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
