Your Mission:
As a German Fund Structuring Officer, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the legal management and corporate secretarial duties for a diverse portfolio of investment fund structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fund Legal Lifecycle: Monitor and update legal documentation for primarily UCITS and AIF/RAIF structures.
- Onboarding & Set-up: Coordinate the launch of new investment vehicles and onboarding of all relevant parties.
- CSSF Relations: Manage approval and registration procedures with Luxembourg supervisory authorities.
- Corporate Secretarial: Plan and coordinate Board and General Meetings for various Luxembourgish entities (SA, SCS, SCSp, etc.).
- Compliance & Formalities: Handle filings with the Trade and Companies Register (LBR), manage bank account openings, and process KYC/AML requests and DDQs.
- Data Management: Maintain legal records, internal product databases, and filing systems.
Your Profile:
- Education: University degree in Law, Economics, or a specialized banking/investment fund qualification.
- Experience: Significant professional experience within a Management Company, Law Firm, or Central Administration in Luxembourg.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law and the regulatory framework for investment funds.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
