ADVISORY KEY
Your Day-to-Day:
• Analyse existing business processes, operational practices and risk control frameworks to identify inefficiencies, operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, consolidate and review business requirements and existing documentation from various stakeholders.
• Challenge and clarify business needs to ensure they are aligned with operational, functional and regulatory requirements.
• Draft business requirements, functional specifications and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to the design of target solutions and assess their impact on existing processes and operating models.
• Propose pragmatic solutions to optimise processes, strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that business requirements are properly addressed.
• Organise and lead workshops with business teams, control functions, IT teams and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the implementation of new systems, tools and processes as part of business transformation initiatives.
• Support end users throughout the change management process, facilitating the adoption of new tools and procedures.
• Work autonomously across multiple topics, ensuring effective coordination, prioritisation and delivery.
Your Profile:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, ideally within the banking, financial services, risk management or internal control sectors.
• Good understanding of Credit Risk, Market Risk, operational processes and risk control frameworks.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, conducting functional analysis and drafting business and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business transformation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.
• Ability to understand business challenges, challenge requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Autonomy, adaptability, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Proactive mindset, with a strong interest in continuous improvement and the development of expertise in Risk & Controls.
