Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Finance – Fiduciary – Corporate governance – Legal officer
- You will be responsible for a portfolio consisting of Holdings and Soparfis, from incorporation to dissolution.
- You will be responsible for organizing board meetings.
- You will draft and review legal documents such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
- You may have direct contact with clients.
- Following up on interesting transactions to ensure their smooth progression will be part of your daily work.
Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Finance – Fiduciary – Corporate governance – Legal officer
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg within a similar environment, facilitating your integration into your new role.
- To communicate efficiently with clients, you are fluent in English. Good French skills are essential to ensure effective internal communication.
- A strong knowledge of Soparfis and holding vehicles is a must to effectively manage your future portfolio.
- Good communication and organizational skills are essential for the successful management of your portfolio.

- You will earn a salary of up to €85,000 gross per year, allowing you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
