Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Legal – Lawyer – Law Firm
- Advise international and local clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including structured finance, regulatory matters, and financial instruments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other financial contracts.
- Work closely with banks, investment funds, and corporations, providing tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations, staying up to date with evolving legal frameworks.
- Participate in cross-border transactions, collaborating with international teams to deliver seamless client service.
Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Legal – Lawyer – Law Firm
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a law firm in Luxembourg, with a strong focus on complex transactions.
- You are fluent in English, and additional languages (such as French or German) are a plus.
- You are registered as an Avocat à la Cour (liste 1) in Luxembourg, which is essential for this role.
- You are able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team.
