We are very proud to present our partner, a small fiduciary created several years ago and located in a calm residential area in Luxembourg. This young fiduciary is currently in full expansion and it is thanks to this that they are currently recruiting several experienced accountants.

This fiduciary of less than 10 people is specialized in assisting international companies: these are mainly Holding companies but institutional clients are also present in the client base. This international dimension is also found internally as the environment is English speaking and the employees have different backgrounds and cultures.

Moreover, the partner is happy to provide a great assistance to accountants that are still quite early in their career. This means that you will benefit from many training opportunities (internal and external) but that you will also always be able to count on him for help and assistance. Motivation is one of the key factors that the Partner looks for in a new colleague : even though there is no overtime and he cares about providing harmony between work and private life, it is important for him to integrate people that want to learn and invest themselves daily to achieve their own goals.

We had the opportunity to meet the partner in his offices and the work environment seems pleasant and calm. This residential area is located outside of the hectic city center, but is quite accessible via the tramway or bus. If you prefer driving to work, parking will not be an issue either.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – Fiduciaire - Accounting

• You have the responsibility to manage a portfolio of Holding companies, and depending on your experience and wishes also investment funds, from A to Z. If you need support or have questions, two senior accountants and the Partner will be happy to assist you.
• You tasks will include the daily accounting, preparation of tax returns and the establishment of annual accounts. Experience with VAT returns is not necessary but will be a plus.
• You are in contact regularly with your clients and you answer their questions, in order to provide them with a high-quality service.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – Fiduciaire - Accounting

• You have two to five years of experience as an accountant in a fiduciary, Big Four or PFS in Luxembourg. This has allowed you to acquire a certain level of autonomy.
• You are fluent in English as this is the language spoken internally between colleagues but also with clients.
• You have a strong knowledge of LuxGAAP and IFRS will be considered as a great advantage.
• You are keen to join a human-sized fiduciary that is in full growth in Luxembourg, meaning that in the next few years you will have the chance to move on to a managerial role.

• By joining this fiduciary that has developed quite well the past few years, you will have the chance to actively participate in its growth and have career prospects as a result. That means that in the next few years, you will be able to supervise junior accountants and so on.
• Many trainings are offered as the Partner feels that this is a win/win situation : That way, you are sure to keep acquiring new technical skills and becoming an expert in your field.
• You will benefit from an advantageous gross salary of up to € 65.000 per year, in line with your experience, in addition to meal vouchers and an annual bonus.
• You will evolve in a small fiduciary where it will be easy to communicate directly with the Partner and colleagues, and ask them any questions you may have.
• If you want to start earlier in the morning or if you would like to start later, it will be possible as the fiduciary offers flexible hours to organize your day as you would prefer.
• A part-time status (80%) is also considered in the fiduciary as the partner is aware that this can be much easier for your family life. If you prefer a full time status, this is of course also possible.
