Your Responsibilities |Corporate – CoSec – Management – Finance – Fiduciary
- Initially, you will also have operational responsibilities, gradually transitioning to a managerial role where you will oversee and review work without managing your own portfolio.
- You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio composed of AIFs in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
- You will ensure corporate governance for the portfolio, including incorporations, annual account approvals, and liquidations, as well as all steps in between of course.
- You will maintain direct contact with clients and lead board meetings.
- You will draft and review legal documents such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – CoSec – Management – Finance – Fiduciary
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager in Luxembourg, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.
- To facilitate seamless communication with both your team and external stakeholders, fluency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Alternative Funds is essential to effectively manage your future portfolio.
- As a manager, strong communication and organizational skills are crucial to meeting deadlines and maintaining a harmonious team dynamic.

- You will earn a salary of up to €95,000 gross per year, in line with your skill set and experience, ensuring a comfortable standard of living.
