The fiduciary was also able to easily handle this period as it was already digitalized and the internal processes are well organized.
Its clients are diversified (ranging from Soparfi, Holdings to Alternative Investment Funds) and can count on quality-oriented services in terms of accounting, tax, compliance, legal administration and domiciliation. As (Senior) Corporate Officer, you will benefit from a lot of autonomy in your role under the supervision of a Manager who has been working in this fiduciary since many years and therefore knows the clients, that you will take on, very well.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary - Finance
- Your portfolio will be composed of SOPARFI/Holdings for which you handle the day-to-day legal administration.
- You are in charge of the legal follow-up of your clients which includes reviewing or even drafting legal documentation, organizing board and shareholder meetings and drafting the related documentation, handling all more administrative tasks (e.g. the publication of annual accounts, statutory changes, change of seat and so on).
- You are the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks and Luxembourg authorities.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary - Finance
- 3 years or more as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PSF) in Luxembourg is required.
- Your strong language skills in both French and English allow you to maintain fluent contact with your clients.
- A good understanding of basic accounting principles is necessary for a good corporate officer, which will allow you to coordinate efficiently with the other departments.
- Thanks to your enthusiastic personality, your integration in this welcoming team will be easy and rapid. You are able to work in a team and are also looking for an environment with a good team spirit and atmosphere.

- Your attractive salary packagecan reach €65.000 (which will depend on your skill set and level of experience) to which you can also add an annual bonus.
