Your Responsibilities | Corporate – CoSec – Legal Officer – Finance – Law

• You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt.
• You will draft, review and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, resolution and minutes.
• It will be asking you to manage board meetings.
• Working closely with the accounting team for board minutes resolution.
• You will follow up on transactions such as capital increases, distributions, mergers, and liquidations, ensuring all legal and administrative procedures are handled correctly.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – CoSec – Legal Officer – Finance – Law

• To understand your new environment, you have at least 4 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar setting such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager in Luxembourg.
• You are comfortable managing SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt, enabling you to oversee your portfolio efficiently.
• Fluency in English is essential to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and third parties. Any additional language is a strong asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required to handle board meetings, draft legal documents, and collaborate with different departments.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach will help you excel in this dynamic role.
