Your mission: Our IT department is growing with more than 200 people and we are looking for people who want to work in a fast-changing and rewarding ;You will be part of the IT Office team (12 people) in charge of monitoring IT costs (, budget and resources). Its purpose is to ensure that IT investments are made as effectively as possible and optimize IT ; 

The IT Office analyzes information and reports to the IT Management Board to facilitate decision ;  

Working closely and supporting the financial controller, your job will be to update financial spreadsheets, tracking and reconciling ;

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Assist the financial controller, follow all the spreadsheets in relation with IT resources, projects, products and budgets;
• Prepare the operating reports needed to manage the IT department;
• Follow training and communication budget;
• On day to day, activities like Purchase Order on SAP; 
• Support the team with general tasks.

 ​Let’s talk about you. If

• Have qualifications in finance or accounting ;
• Have at least 2 years of experience; 
• Are proficient in Excel (Power Query, data analysis etc), Power BI and Alteryx is a plus;  
• Have good data structure knowledge, can build and maintain small databases on excel; 
• Are flexible and team spirit;  
• Have an excellent written and spoken level of French and ;
