As an intern and member of our Project Management Team in Luxembourg, you will discover how to successfully conduct a project in a complex organization. You will learn from a talented team and understand the key processes and dynamics behind project and change management. 

  

YOUR ROLE 

Project Management Documentation & Content Creation 

  • Structure and format internal documents (guides, procedures, practical sheets) 
  • Create PowerPoint or Confluence templates for team use 
  • Organize and maintain documentation in Confluence 

 

Research & Analysis 

  • Benchmark best practices in project and change management tools used in other organizations 
  • Conduct topic-specific research 
  • Prepare summary notes or presentations based on findings 

 

Operational Support & Coordination 

  • Help facilitate internal meetings (presenting, note-taking, follow-up) 
  • Follow up on action items after meetings (reminders, updating tracking tools) 
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops or meetings (room bookings, invitations, materials) 
  • Contribute to internal initiatives (teams workshops) 
  • Prepare simple dashboards (progress tracking, KPIs 

 

Training & Communication 

  • Assist in designing training presentations 
  • Contribute to internal newsletters or project communications 
  • Prepare customer surveys and analyze feedback results 

 

Additional Exposure: 

To enrich the learning experience, one day per week will be dedicated to rotating within other teams. This will provide broader exposure to the inner workings of the Bank and help build a comprehensive understanding of its key functions and operational dynamics. 

  

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Bachelor or Master Level in Management, Economics, or IT with a strong appetite for Project Management
  • A proactive and curious mindset, combined with attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative. 
  • Comfortable working autonomously while also contributing positively to team dynamics. 
  • Abilities in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint) with the ability to produce clear and impactful presentations
