About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a talented Junior Brand Manager who will support the development and execution of global brand strategies, contributing to the sustainable growth of our brands across international markets.
Working closely with Senior Brand Managers and cross-functional teams, you will play an active role in innovation, portfolio management, consumer understanding, and business performance monitoring, helping ensure consistent brand development and execution worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions, you will contribute to the execution of the brand strategic plan and activity roadmap. You will support innovation and renovation projects, including product developments, packaging updates, portfolio extensions, and geographical roll-outs, while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
You will regularly collaborate with Business Units and cross-functional teams including Consumer & Shopper Understanding, Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Digital functions. Through your exposure to consumer, shopper, market, and competitive insights, you will support research initiatives, analyze performance data, and help transform findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen brand growth and consumer engagement.
You will also contribute to the management and optimization of the product portfolio, supporting brand consistency across markets. This includes assisting in the preparation of packaging, communication and activation briefs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the development of brand tools and guidelines, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Finally, you will support the monitoring of brand performance through key business indicators such as Sell In, Sell Out, market share, and consumer metrics. You will contribute to budget tracking and project cost monitoring, helping identify opportunities for improvement and supporting the management of administrative activities through relevant company systems.
About You:
Thanks to your academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field, combined with an initial experience of around two years in FMCG, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or a similar role, you will bring a solid understanding of how brands grow across markets and consumers.
You will rely on your strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, and business mindset to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within demanding timelines. Thanks to your curiosity, flexibility, and learning agility, you will feel comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment while collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your proactive attitude, communication skills, and ability to influence and build effective relationships across functions and cultures. Your advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, will support your daily activities, while familiarity with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or Circana/IRI and SAP systems will be considered valuable assets.
Fluent English is required, while additional languages are considered a plus.
