Our client, is looking for an HR Officer, to start ASAP.

Your Responsabilities:
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support.
- Collaborate with senior management to facilitate HR operations and projects.
- Utilize SAP for HR-related tasks, ensuring accurate data management.
- Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support recruitment efforts, particularly internal placements, in collaboration with the recruitment team.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Proficiency in both French and English (C1 level required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team and independently.
- Experience with SAP or similar HR management systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to support and assist employees.
