Your next challenge:
• Integrate a team and work on various projects in the Financial Sector such as Wealth & Asset Management, Private Banking, whether at the clients or in the office;
• Participate in the digital transformation and business process automation;
• Contribute to the preparation of market offers, presentation to clients and request for proposal;
• Help our clients to optimize their processes and organization (Internal and External Benchmarks, Definition and Implementation of action plans, job and skills management…);
• Define management models, dashboards, design of steering systems, etc;
• Support the implementation of new Compliance and Regulatory frameworks (MIFID II, AML/KYC, GDPR, IFRS, etc.);
• Select and implement a new banking package solution (Core Banking System, E-Banking, Portfolio Management System, etc.) for a Private Bank or an Asset Manager;
• Define and/or redesign business processes for client onboarding or new business function.
What will we expect from our next Senior Consultant?
Mandatory Asset
• Master’s degree (ideally in the Finance or Banking Sector);
• Successful experiences in Project Management and/or Business Analysis and/or Consulting;
• Both writing and speaking French is mandatory and you are also fully proficient in English. German is an asset;
• Comfortable with working in an international environment.
Valuable Asset
• A good command of MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
• Organizational skills that reflect your ability to perform all daily tasks with excellent attention to details. In addition, you are creative, flexible, and proactive;
• Ability to lead a team, to take decisions and to carry out tasks independently;
• Competence to manage customer relations and an interest in business development;
• Comfortable with public speaking.
