As Deputy COO – Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing Forvis Mazars operations, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Your responsibilities will include supporting the COO in ensuring smooth operations, monitoring performance, optimizing processes, driving innovation, and implementing transformative initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the COO in defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Translate strategic goals and objectives into efficient and scalable business processes to drive performance.
- Manage, monitor, and continuously improve business operations and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify performance gaps and oversee the implementation of corrective measures to resolve issues.
- Act as a change agent by leading transformation and innovation across all business areas.
- Contribute actively to large-scale transformational projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and strategic documentation to facilitate effective communication with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in a financial services provider or a related industry.
- Proven experience in project management and process review, with a focus on optimizing operations and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and collaborate effectively with senior and top management.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative, while excelling as a team player.
