Job purpose:Â
- Responsible for the Treasury settlement and clearing business.Â
Â
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:Â
- Money Market trading confirmation and settlement.Â
- Foreign exchanges trading confirmation and settlement.Â
- Derivatives trading confirmation and settlement, including the third party confirmation platform.Â
- Bond or CD/CP issuing and investment confirmation settlement.Â
- CCP settlement, margin and fees booking in Murex.Â
- Customer reconciliation to meet the EMIR3 requirement.Â
- Computing and discussing the default penalty with counterparty.Â
- Any payment related to the treasure settlement business.Â
- Confirmation and settlement for the Bond distribution in DCM.Â
- Head Office fix-term report, including MM, FX, bond, derivatives, etc.Â
- Inward and outward remittance.Â
- Correspondent banking multiple-currencies clearing services.Â
- SWIFT inquiry and reply, including the compliance inquiry.Â
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):Â
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies.Â
- 1 years of back office settlement experiences will be an advantage.Â
- In-depth knowledge of office software (Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint)
- Strong inter-personal skills, good analytical skills to analyze, interpret, resolve and change.
- Previous experience on banking payment and treasury settlement would be considered in priority.
- Fluency in English and Chinese are essential; other languages will be an advantage.Â
