Description
Manage the financial and non-financial aspects of life insurance contracts.- Check and encode files to ensure compliance.
- Ensure administrative management (EDM, correspondence, legal declarations, banking operations).
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, compliance, finance).
- Improve processes and update procedures.
- Identify and report operational risks.
- Organize and assign team tasks.
- Monitor performance and guarantee service quality.
- Lead meetings and strengthen team cohesion.
- Support employee skills development.
- Ensure regular reporting to management.
Profile
- Insurance diploma (BTS or Bac+2 minimum).
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the life insurance sector.
- Fluency in French and good level of English required.
- Mastery of contract and product management systems.
- Solid experience in customer relationship management.
- Good command of the administrative, accounting and legal aspects of the sector.
- Analytical and risk management skills.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Thoroughness, organization and effective management of stress and priorities.
- Team spirit, leadership and ability to handle conflict diplomatically.
