Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner and client queries received through various channels such as email, fax, post, or telephone.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries received via phone, email, or post from multiple partners, clients, or sales colleagues, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Process policy transactions, provide services, and resolve queries accurately and in a timely manner throughout the policy's lifecycle. This includes managing documents related to policies.
- Assist in conducting due diligence reviews of transactions in accordance with corporate standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our sales consultants and all partners.
- Stay informed about our services, review procedures, and ensure that necessary quality improvements are implemented as needed.
Profile
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Alternatively, relevant work experience in client services within the insurance sector.
- Experience in finance or insurance, with a proactive awareness of industry developments.
- Proven ability to manage inquiries related to funds and financial instruments.
- Strong team player who values supporting colleagues and working collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, capable of multitasking effectively.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex issues both verbally and in writing; excellent proficiency in English, French, and Flemish.
- Highly attentive to client needs, solutions-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining high service levels.
- Demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Agile and pragmatic in adjusting to complex and changing environments; able to maintain performance during stressful situations.
