Associate Fund Accountant

Tasks :

• Overseeing the timely completion of net asset value (NAV) reviews for all funds, ensuring full compliance with internal standards or client-specific procedures, with zero-error tolerance.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely communication of NAVs to all relevant stakeholders in line with agreed client processes.
• Guaranteeing that all Luxembourg regulatory reporting is completed within the required timelines.
• Supervising the timely processing and payment of fund expenses.
• Ensuring that internal controls and standard procedures are consistently applied and adhered to by the team on a daily basis.
• Communicating any new fund-related procedures to the appropriate staff members.
• Addressing client queries and requests promptly and within the agreed timelines.
• Delivering non-daily reporting and supporting services to clients.
• Acting as a central point of contact for fund launches, liquidations, operational queries, budgeting, and billing reviews.
• Coordinating timely tax reporting in collaboration with international offices.
• Reviewing General Partnership Accounting.
• Supporting the monitoring and maintenance of outsourcing governance in line with CSSF Circular 22/806.

Profile :

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar environment; experience with a Big 4 firm is a strong asset.
• A university degree in a business-related field; Accounting qualifications are highly appreciated.
• Fluency in English
• Solid knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, and INREV reporting standards.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
