Business Developer



Your future team

Our Business Development team supports our Industry Leaders in achieving their strategic and commercial objectives. With strong growth at both local and European level, we are looking for a Business Developer to help us accelerate this momentum. 

 

In this role, you will: 

 

  • Support our audit, tax and advisory teams in their go‑to‑market approach to strengthen and optimize our client portfolio 
  • Help identify and target clients in line with industry plans (coordinated communication, action plan follow‑up, reporting and market monitoring) 
  • Prepare analyses and reports, researching multiple sources and databases to support presentations and documents for the Funds industry 
  • Coordinate with internal business and support teams on strategic marketing initiatives 
  • Track the progress of sector ambition plans and strategies 
  • Drive and coordinate internal development projects and initiatives

Your skills

Must have 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing or a similar role 
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Highly organized, rigorous and detail‑oriented, with the ability to track progress and provide regular status updates  
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourgish market and/or European business environment

 

Nice to have 

  • Strong command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines while maintaining high‑quality deliverables
